Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician (Urgent & Primary Care)
Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician (MD/DO) to join our telehealth team. Candidates must be authorized to independently diagnose and prescribe, hold at least 15 active U.S. state licenses, and have an active DEA license (any state accepted; Virginia license is a plus).
This role is 100% remote, serving patients nationwide across America, with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
• Provide virtual urgent care and primary care visits
• Independently diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal laws
• Manage medical weight loss patients (training provided)
• Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR
• Provide patient education and follow-up care
• Maintain compliance with multi-state telehealth regulations
Qualifications
Required:
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician (MD/DO) license
• Minimum of 15 active U.S. state licenses
• Active DEA license (any state)
• Authorized to independently diagnose and prescribe
• Primary care experience required
• Active NPI number
• Malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable practicing telemedicine and using EHR systems
Preferred:
• Virginia license
• Prior telehealth or multi-state practice experience
• Experience with or interest in medical weight loss (GLP-1s, semaglutide, tirzepatide)
Schedule & Compensation
• Flexible schedule (per diem / part-time / contract)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
