Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - Annual Wellness Visits

Seek California Nurse Practitioners for a flexible, remote telehealth role conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and preventive health assessments. This is a part-time W-2 position requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Job Description
Role Overview
- Provide virtual preventive care, including Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and preventive health assessments.
- 100% remote work from home with real-time visit matching through a live queue (no pre-booked appointments or no-shows).
- Collaborates with an in-home care team that handles vitals, labs, and diagnostics.
Schedule & Compensation
- W-2 role requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week in consistent weekly blocks set in advance.
- Weekdays only (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm Pacific); no nights or weekends.
- Pay is $85 per completed, QA-approved visit.
- Includes malpractice coverage, paid onboarding, and a fully configured MacBook shipped to you.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered California NP licensure with filed 103/104 independent practice authority.
- Active Medi-Cal (fee-for-service) enrollment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner.
- Board Certification in FNP, AGNP, Adult, or Acute Care.
- No Medicare or Medicaid opt-out, and no exclusion from federal or state healthcare programs.
