Role Overview

Client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner for Telemedicine to provide comprehensive virtual healthcare services within the Great Falls Hospital network.

Key Responsibilities

• Virtual Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via secure telemedicine platforms, evaluate medical histories, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic results.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and nurses to coordinate care, facilitate referrals, and monitor patient progress through virtual visits.
• Patient Education & Support: Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment plans, medication management, and healthy lifestyle practices while building trusting relationships.
• Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document encounters in the EHR while ensuring compliance with telemedicine regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Washington.
• Experience in outpatient, primary care, urgent care, or telehealth settings.
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• BLS and/or ACLS certification preferred.
