Job Description
- Deliver telehealth evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions per clinical protocols
- Prescribe medications and document visits in the EHR
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
Qualifications
- Active NP license in multiple U.S. states (required)
- National NP certification (FNP/AGNP or similar)
- 2+ years clinical experience (telehealth preferred)
- Strong communication and independent work skills
Requirements
- Licensure in high-population states (CA, NY, TX, FL, IL)
- Experience with telehealth platforms
