Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Dementia Care)
Neura Health is seeking a telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in dementia and memory care to provide virtual patient evaluations, diagnosis, and ongoing management. Clinicians will work in a tech-enabled, multidisciplinary environment to deliver comprehensive neurological care.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and examine patients with memory complaints.
- Provide patients with a diagnosis and care plan across diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and more.
- Review labs and imaging appropriate for patient care.
- Provide follow-up appointments to adjust medications.
- Provide chat-based support to patients.
- Generate educational content for online blogs and content library.
Requirements
- Licensed NP or PA.
- ABPN certification or eligibility in Neurology.
- Commitment of a minimum of 8 hours per week (part-time) or 32 patient-facing hours (full-time).
- Strong soft skills including listening, negotiating, decision-making, and leadership.
