Nurse Practitioner - Georgia-Based (Remote)

Role Overview

• Full-time, fully remote Nurse Practitioner position based in Georgia.
• Carry a full patient panel managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must live within the state of Georgia.
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause, menopause, and HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies (GLP-1 agonists).
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
