Established medical practice seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to manage a continuing telehealth patient panel across multiple Western states. We focus on hormone optimization, preventative health, advanced laboratory testing, and long-term patient relationships.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered APRN license with prescriptive authority in at least one of: UT, CO, MT, ID, AZ, FL, TX, or WA
- Current ANCC or AANP board certification (Family or Adult-Gerontology)
- Active DEA registration
- No board actions, practice restrictions, or malpractice judgments
Strongly Preferred
- Licensed in 2+ of the listed states
- DEA/state controlled-substance registrations already in place
- 3+ years independent prescribing experience
- Experience managing an ongoing telehealth patient panel
- Men's health, TRT, or hormone-therapy experience
