Role Overview
Medcor is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for a remote 24/7 Occupational Health triage call center.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming telephone calls from customers in a call center environment.
- Complete accurate assessment of symptoms utilizing proprietary triage algorithms.
- Document each call efficiently and accurately.
- Provide superior customer service to clients and employees.
- Follow HIPAA compliance policies.
Requirements
- Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Private home office space with 4 walls, a door, and high-speed internet.
- Availability to work evening/night shifts, major holidays, and every other weekend.
Compensation & Benefits
- $28 per hour with additional shift differential pay.
