Registered Nurse - Telephonic Triage
Medcor is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a remote Telephonic Triage role. The position involves managing incoming calls, conducting injury assessments using algorithms, and maintaining documentation.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and document a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from clients in a call center environment.
- Conduct accurate assessments of symptoms and concerns utilizing Medcor's Triage Algorithms.
- Monitor and track individual and call center productivity metrics while providing superior customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification.
- Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Access to a private space in the home for patient privacy and high-speed internet.
- Willingness to work every other weekend and major U.S. holidays.
- Strong technological skills and ability to work on a computer for long periods.
