Role Overview
Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a Part-Time (24 hours/week), Remote Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Clinical Support team. Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM).
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical In Basket Management: Handle prescription refills, respond to EHR patient messages, review lab results, and flag abnormal findings.
- Virtual Visits: Perform same-day/next-visit virtual consultations and manage chronic conditions.
- Care Coordination: Manage specialist referrals, act as a communication liaison between patients and care teams, and provide patient education.
- Quality & Process Improvement: Participate in continuous process improvement, quality assurance, and stay updated on clinical practices and EPIC EHR functionalities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's Degree in Nursing required.
- Experience: 2+ years of licensed nurse practitioner experience required (5+ years of NP or PA experience in Primary Care preferred).
- Licensure: MA, NH, and ME NP or PA licensure required upon hire; MA and NH DEA registration required upon hire.
- Skills: Prior experience with Epic required.
