Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time video visits and follow-ups for chronic care, remote monitoring, and urgent needs.
- Collaborate with care teams to design individualized treatment plans.
- Provide patient education and counseling to empower healthier choices.
- Document care accurately in our EHR systems.
- Prescribe medications (including controlled substances) in compliance with DEA regulations.
- Uphold clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Leverage telehealth platforms and AI-driven tools to deliver efficient, effective care.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Rhode Island.
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP program.
- Board certified NP (ANCC/AANP) or NCCPA certified PA-C preferred.
- At least one year practicing independently as an NP or PA-C; telehealth and obesity medicine experience preferred.
- Reliable internet and HIPAA-compliant workspace.
