Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Professional Corporation (PC) group and provide direct patient care via telehealth. Enjoy clinical autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to help scale a rapidly growing telehealth organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations (synchronous and asynchronous)
• Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results
• Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight, follow-ups, and adjustments
• Document encounters, decisions, and prescriptions accurately in the EMR
• Collaborate with care coordinators and internal teams
• Maintain compliance with telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license with prescriptive authority
• Board-certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
• Licensed in multiple U.S. states (30+ state coverage strongly preferred)
• Prior telehealth experience preferred
• Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and metabolic health
• Excellent clinical judgment, documentation skills, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote-first environment
