Part Time Remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Pennsylvania

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is licensed in Pennsylvania to join our outpatient infusion center team. This is a hybrid/remote role, dedicated to providing high-quality patient care through a combination of infusion services and clinical oversight.

Key Accountabilities

• Regulatory Clinical Compliance

Clinical Responsibilities

• Deliver infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and guidelines
• Ensure effective communication with patients across all aspects of their care
• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure effective delivery of care
• Resolve clinical escalations in accordance with policies and procedures
• Prescribe select medication in accordance with patient needs and clinical protocols
• Order and maintain medical inventory and supplies

Quality & Compliance Responsibilities

• Onboard new Medicare patients, completing establishment calls and documentation
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance across the region through clinical supervision, chart auditing, and Letters of Medical Necessity

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania (PA + NJ is a plus)
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care
• Strong clinical judgment, experience in IV therapy preferred
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
