Remote Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Tenessee

Turnwell Mental Health seeks a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our rapidly growing team. This is a fully remote, W2 position operating Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive health assessments and H&Ps, formulating accurate diagnoses based on clinical findings.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications and therapies, and monitor patient progress.
• Health Promotion: Provide patient education on nutrition, safety, immunizations, and preventive healthcare.
• Collaboration: Work alongside doctors, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to legal and ethical confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license to practice in Tennessee
• Unrestricted DEA license in TN
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS
• Graduate or higher-level degree in nursing
• At least 1 year of post-training experience
