Contract Details
• Contract Duration: 520-hour contract-to-hire, long term opportunity
• Compensation: listed below, Fixed rates (no opportunity for negotiation)
• Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4-6 weeks; between 8 AM-5 PM CST
Quality Assurance
Responsibilities
• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports, correspondences, addendums, or supplemental reviews.
• Ensure clear, concise, evidence-based rationales are provided in support of all recommendations and/or determinations.
• Confirm client instructions and specifications are followed and all questions addressed.
• Verify each review is supported by current clinical citations and references from reputable medical journals/publications.
• Ensure content, format, and professional appearance of reports meet company standards.
• Confirm appropriate board specialty review per client specifications or state mandates, documented accurately.
• Verify peer reviewer attestation to facts and absence of conflict of interest.
• Ensure provider credentials and signature are included in final report.
• Identify inconsistencies and contact Peer Reviewer for clarification, modification, or correction.
• Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal ERISA and state mandates.
• Provide insight to management on consultant quality, availability, and compliance with policies/procedures.
• Promote efficient utilization of company resources.
• Participate in educational and training activities as required.
Schedules & Compensation
$34/hr - Fixed rates (no opportunity for negotiation)
• M-F (8am-5pm CST)
• Must have In-patient, long term care, acute care experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
