Our LVNs play a pivotal role in the physical and emotional recovery of our patients, enabling them to achieve their optimum health within their familiar environments. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver tailored healthcare, therapeutic services, and hospice care as per individual patient needs across various locations in the United States.
Provide professional nursing care to patients in a home setting.
Assess and monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate medical records.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical interventions, and preventative measures.
Coordinate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Participate in the development of patient care plans and implement them effectively.
Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in clinical protocols and healthcare technology
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in high-pressure situations
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care
