Remote Nurse Practitioner, Telehealth, Part Time, Weekends

Role Overview

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) I, CareLine, you will be responsible for diagnostic patient care primarily through virtual, remote consultation via video conference or telephone. This position serves as the dispositional authority for after-hours and weekend clinical calls.

Schedule

• Friday meeting: 1530-1630
• Saturdays: 1230-0000
• Sundays: 1230-0000

Essential Duties

• Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems via video or phone.
• Perform and document physical evaluations and patient histories.
• Develop and implement patient management plans, including health education and referrals.
• Confer with patient PCPs and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Participate in clinical rounds, conferences, and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Multi-state licensure including FL and at least 3 licenses in VA, GA, MI, MO, OH, PA, TN, TX, IL, or LA.
• Board certification by AANP or ANCC.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of acute/primary care clinical work experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
