Family Nurse Practitioner Virtual Care - MC

Position Overview

The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner delivers patient care services through a remote technology platform, independently providing holistic, evidence-based care for patients ages 18 months and older.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients
• Provide patient counseling including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraceptive care
• Document all patient care within an Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure high standards of care
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with PHI and HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience
• Active multi-state licenses (must hold a minimum of four active state licenses from: NC, SC, GA, VA, PA, NY, NJ)
• Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification and State of Employment license
• High-speed broadband internet connectivity (minimum 25 download / 3 upload speed)
