Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Sleep Medicine) – Remote

About the Position

Integrated Sleep Care is a growing sleep telemedicine and remote patient monitoring company focused on improving patient outcomes and CPAP adherence through technology, coaching, and clinical care. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is comfortable working in a telemedicine environment and passionate about patient care. Sleep medicine experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right provider. This position is fully remote and focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with sleep disorders through telemedicine visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations and follow up visits for sleep patients
• Review sleep studies and patient medical history
• Diagnose and manage sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea
• Prescribe and manage CPAP therapy, medications, and treatment plans
• Educate patients on sleep health and treatment compliance
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and care teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance standards are met

Requirements

• Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Advanced Practice certification required
• Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses if needed
• Comfortable using telemedicine platforms and EMR systems
• Strong communication skills and virtual bedside manner
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable high speed internet
• Dedicated home office workspace
