The role involves managing primary care conditions, validating AI-generated clinical notes, and shaping the future of digital health. Responsibilities • Manage a wide range of primary care conditions and preventive services entirely through asynchronous chat-based workflows • Review and validate AI-generated clinical notes, diagnosis suggestions, and care plans to ensure safety and accuracy • Identify and escalate complex cases to synchronous care or emergency services using standardized triage and red-flag protocols Skills • NP or PA with over 5 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine • Tech-forward clinician who is comfortable making autonomous decisions and excited about integrating AI into practice • Excellent communicator with strong documentation habits and a desire to thrive in an early-stage startup environment Company Overview • Ok, I'll go first.
