The Opportunity

Deliver elite-level telehealth care through a structured program, interpreting advanced diagnostics and guiding clients through hormone balance, detoxification, immune optimization, and cellular health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth consults from intake through follow-ups.
• Interpret advanced functional labs, genetics, microbiome, toxins, and hormone panels.
• Create, execute, and monitor personalized stepwise treatment plans.
• Educate patients with clarity and compassion, setting realistic goals and reinforcing accountability.
• Document thoroughly and uphold patient-first values.
• Participate in case reviews, quality improvement, and protocol refinement.
• Collaborate with admin, clinical, and support teams for coordinated care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Florida NP license (multi-state telehealth eligibility preferred).
• Dual-trained in conventional and functional/integrative medicine.
• Minimum 2 years in integrative/functional medicine and 2 years in conventional clinical care.
• Proficiency in hormone management, metabolic health, detoxification, immune modulation, and men's health.
• Tech-comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and care templates.
