Role Overview
Included Health is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Florida and multiple other states to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
Schedule Options
- Modified Full-Time (32 hours/week):
- Includes 8 hours of evening shifts per week.
- Weekend rotation: Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
- 2 holiday shifts required per calendar year.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
- Active RN compact license and multi-state licensure (5+ preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and document treatment plans accurately.
- Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience.
- Experience with Athena EMR.
