100% Remote - Nurse Practitioner - Clinical Team Lead

Full-Time | 100% Remote | No Travel

We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to join a well-established healthcare organization as a Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP who enjoys clinical leadership, mentoring providers, and improving patient outcomes while remaining connected to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to Nurse Practitioners and other clinical team members
• Support consistent, high-quality patient care and clinical standards
• Review clinical documentation and assist with complex patient-care needs
• Mentor and support providers through ongoing clinical education and feedback
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Help identify opportunities for quality improvement and process enhancement
• Maintain a patient-centered approach while supporting organizational clinical goals

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner/APRN license
• Additional licensure in LA, MS, AR, OK, MO, KS, NE, UT, WY, and CO preferred
• ANP, FNP, PMHNP, or CNS provider types preferred
• Board Certification as an NP
• Experience with Veterans, Medicare, geriatrics, or medically complex patients
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing a clinical team
• 2+ years of remote work experience
