About Hygenerate
Hygenerate is a DNP-led nationwide telehealth clinic specializing in metabolic optimization, weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy.
Established in 2022, our clinic continues to expand nationally through a structured, systems-based telehealth model designed to deliver scalable, high-quality continuity care.
Our patient population consists largely of motivated adults and working professionals seeking long-term metabolic, hormonal, and lifestyle optimization.
Functional medicine intakes and complex case design remain with the DNP clinical lead. Weight loss and hormone services operate within clearly defined clinical frameworks to support consistency, efficiency, and strong patient outcomes.
We are seeking a clinician interested in long-term alignment within a structured and growing telehealth practice.
Role Overview
This provider will focus primarily on:
• 30-minute new weight loss and hormone consultations
• 20-minute follow-up visits
• GLP-1 management and titration
• Metabolic optimization
• BHRT management (men’s and women’s hormones)
• Ongoing surveillance and continuity visits
Functional medicine intakes remain with the DNP clinical lead.
This is a continuity-care role within an established clinical system.
Clinical Structure & Workflow
• New consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes
• Follow-up visits are scheduled for 20 minutes
• Standardized charting templates are provided within our cloud-based EMR

• A professional, distraction-free clinical environment suitable for patient care
Our systems are designed to support efficient, consistent, high-quality telehealth care.
Documentation & Professional Expectations
Providers are expected to maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinic workflows and billing requirements.
All visit documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the patient encounter.
This role is best suited for clinicians who are:
• Highly organized
• Self-directed
• Reliable
• Responsive
• Comfortable working within established clinical systems
Reliable communication, schedule consistency, professionalism, and accountability are essential within our collaborative telehealth model.
We value patient continuity, operational consistency, and long-term provider alignment.

Current high-volume states include:
• North Carolina

Applicants with only one NP license will generally not be considered unless additional state licensure is already in process.

• Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
• Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
• Menopause and perimenopause care
• Metabolic optimization
• GLP-1 therapies and weight management
Telehealth experience is strongly preferred.
