Overview
- Compensation: $40 – $60/hr with bonus opportunity
- Schedule: 30 – 40 hours/week, flexible within business hours EST
- Location: Remote (Must reside in Pennsylvania, USA)
- Role Type: 1099, Full-time

- Serve elderly adults with chronic conditions and their families
- Educate on navigating Medicare and the healthcare system
- Coordinate care across various providers and agencies

Qualifications
- Must hold an active RN license (additional clinical licenses a plus)
- Background in case management, home health, hospice, geriatrics, or long-term care
