Position Summary GT3 Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and peptide therapy who is interested in practicing in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for a provider who already has an existing patient base (“book of business”) and is looking for a flexible, supportive platform to grow their practice while working from home. Key Responsibilities · Conduct telehealth consultations and follow-ups with patients · Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients undergoing hormone and peptide therapies · Develop and adjust personalized treatment protocols (HRT, TRT, peptides, etc.) · Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations · Order and interpret lab work related to health optimization · Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle optimization, and long-term care · Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation · Collaborate with GT3 Health’s clinical and administrative team Qualifications · Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (multi-state preferred), unrestricted, in good standing, free of any encumbrances, restrictions, or disciplinary actions · Board certification (AANP, ANCC, or equivalent) · Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and peptide therapy · DEA license (or ability to obtain) · Strong telehealth and virtual patient management skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Exceptional ability to establish meaningful patient rapport and cultivate long-term therapeutic relationships · Existing book of business / patient following Preferred Qualifications · Experience in telemedicine platforms · Functional medicine and/or anti-aging board certifications, advanced peptide therapy certifications · Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a patient panel What Makes This Role Unique · 100% remote · Flexible schedule · Opportunity to grow your existing patient base · Supportive infrastructure (clinical, admin, and operational support) · Access to advanced treatment protocols and resources Compensation Competitive compensation structure with high earning potential based on patient volume and retention.
