Join Greater Good Health as a Part-Time Telehealth Nurse Practitioner in Oregon. Deliver care to older adults in access-starved communities on a part-time cadence of 4-6 days per month.
Requirements
- Assess patients' healthcare needs and provide clinical care and consultation via telemedicine.
- Perform annual wellness exams for senior Medicare patients via telemedicine.
- Obtain and record patient medical history and symptoms, including medication reconciliation.
- Perform HCC coding, verification, and risk adjustment.
- Perform various tests and screenings via telemedicine.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $125K - $145K
- Malpractice insurance covered.
Work Schedule
- Part-Time position (4-6 days/month).
- Remote position.
