Partnership & Practice Structure
- Type: 1099 NEC independent contractor standard.
- Platform & State Fees: Single $890 annual investment covering services, platform access, and support.
- Income Potential: Generate consistent revenue averaging $95 to $1,200 per visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage patient panels with full clinical autonomy.
- Provide comprehensive care from acute illness management to chronic disease care and preventive services.
- Collaborate and share cross-specialty referrals with medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health professionals.
- Utilize secure e-prescription functionality and order patient labs or diagnostic testing.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (multiple state licenses are a plus).
- Board certification in Family, Adult, or related primary/urgent care specialties.
- Comfortable operating as an independent 1099 contractor.
Infrastructure & Support
