The Opportunity
We’re seeking experienced, multi-state licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our growing telehealth team. In this role, you’ll deliver virtual consults, interpret advanced lab panels, and collaborate with patients on precision-based care plans that may include hormone therapy, peptides, supplements, and lifestyle interventions.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual visits focused on metabolic health, hormone optimization, and functional lab review
• Analyze biomarker data and develop tailored, evidence-informed care plans with the support of our clinical leadership and AI tools
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including health coaches and supervising physicians
• Prescribe and manage interventions such as HRT, peptides, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation across multiple state guidelines
• Monitor patient progress via asynchronous communication and wearable data
• Stay current on emerging protocols, state-specific telehealth regulations, and innovations in functional medicine
Required Qualifications
• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Licenses in 10+ states (20+ highly preferred)
• DEA license(s) in one or more states (multiple preferred)
• At least 2 years of clinical practice post-NP licensure
• Strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Functional or integrative medicine
• Hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT)
• Peptide therapy
• Men’s or women’s health
• Longevity and regenerative medicine
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, digital EMRs, and asynchronous care delivery
• A patient-centered philosophy grounded in education, prevention, and empowerment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with wearable devices, remote monitoring, and AI-enabled, performance-focused care
• Familiarity with compounding pharmacies or integrative treatment planning
• National board certification as an adult, family, or men's health NP or PA
