Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual visits focused on metabolic health, hormone optimization, and functional lab review.
- Analyze biomarker data and develop tailored care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including health coaches and physicians.
- Prescribe and manage interventions such as HRT, peptides, and supplements.
- Maintain compliant documentation and monitor patient progress.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licenses in 10+ states.
- DEA license(s).
- At least 2 years of clinical practice post-licensure.
- Strong experience in functional medicine, HRT, peptide therapy, or longevity medicine.
