Job Description
Position Highlights
- 100% Remote (1099 Independent Contractor)
- Part-Time or Full-Time Flexibility with set your own schedule
- Compensation based on CPT codes performed
- Collaborative care model alongside behavioral health counselors
Responsibilities
- Provide ethical, patient-centered care for individuals involved in legal cases
- Conduct assessments, follow-ups, and medication management (non-controlled)
- Maintain clear, defensible documentation tied to patient condition and incident impact
- Utilize Jane EHR for charting and scheduling
- Deliver virtual care with flexibility and autonomy
Practice Details
- Care is medically driven and necessity-based
- Documentation may be used in legal settings, including potential depositions
- No ADHD stimulants or controlled substances prescribed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Licensed NP or PA in New York, Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts, or Tennessee
- Comfortable working at the intersection of healthcare and legal
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Background or interest in behavioral health preferred
