Virtual Advanced Nurse Practitioners - 1099

About the Role

At General Medicine, you will join a clinical team raising the standard of virtual adult primary care through telemedicine and intelligent technology. We are seeking experienced Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners for a 1099, flexible-schedule role.

Clinical Environment

• Asynchronous text-based and synchronous video-based care
• Clinical triage, synthesis, and coordination of labs and imaging
• Rapid specialist e-consults and referrals to in-person care
• Internal sub-specialist network support
• AI-enhanced tools for intake, documentation, and coordination

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive virtual care for adult patients across the U.S.
• Practice broad general medicine across varying acuity and clinical complexity
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and specialist e-consults
• Maintain clinical ownership, continuity, and follow-through
• Contribute to clinical workflows and quality improvement

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner background in Family Medicine
• Minimum of 3 years (6,240 hours) of clinical practice experience
• Demonstrated primary care experience in an outpatient or ambulatory setting
• Active, unrestricted NP licensure with multi-state coverage (priority states include CA, TX, FL, NY)
• Eligibility to see Medicare and Medicaid patients
• Clean record of practice with no history of malpractice
