About the Role
We are looking for clinicians to join our team who can provide virtual medical services and professional guidance and support to patients over video and phone.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual telehealth services via video visits to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
- Serve as consulting clinician with the Care and Case Management program.
- Manage a panel of primary care patients for acute, chronic, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with a supervising physician and the Credentialing Team.
- Maintain patient satisfaction ratings and deliver evidence-based medicine.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering primary care in an ambulatory/outpatient family medicine or internal medicine setting.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
- Current and active board certification by a national certifying body (ANCC, AANP, APRN).
Shift Obligations
- 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, one evening shift until 7:00 PM).
- Required to work one 8-hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday every fourth weekend with a weekday off provided.
