Role Overview
Premise Health is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Digital Wellness Center team, delivering connected care in a digital environment.
Schedule
- 10-hour shifts (4x10), Monday-Sunday
- Hours: 7am-7pm CST
- Includes weekends and holidays
- Multiple state licensure required (up to 25 states)
Essential Functions
- Provide quality evidence-based medical care routinely provided in a primary care setting.
- Conduct medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment via phone or video for ages 2+.
- Provide internal and external medical referrals.
- Identify emergency situations and provide care within legal scope of practice.
- Maintain medical records using EMR.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree (MSN) required.
- Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licensure.
- National Certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS may be required).
- Prescriptive authority appropriate to state guidelines.
- At least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room.
- Prior telehealth experience required.
