Premise Health is seeking a remote Nurse Practitioner for virtual primary care. This full-time role involves 10-hour shifts providing telehealth consultations to patients ages 2 and older.

Role Overview
- Position: Nurse Practitioner, Virtual Primary Care
- Employer: Premise Health
- Location: Remote (Anywhere)
- Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, 7am-7pm CST, Monday-Sunday (includes weekends and holidays)
Essential Functions
- Provide quality evidence-based medical care routinely provided in primary care settings.
- Conduct medical consultations, diagnosing, and treatment via phone or video.
- Provide internal and external medical referrals.
- Identify emergency situations and provide care within legal scope of practice.
- Maintain medical records using EMR.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree (MSN) required.
- Multiple state licensure required (up to 25 states).
- At least three years of post-residency clinical experience.
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency room, or occupational healthcare.
- Prior telehealth experience required.
