Role Overview

Our Virtual Urgent Care team is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing comprehensive care to patients of varying types and all ages.

Qualifications

For Physician Assistants

• Required Master's Degree
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
• LIC-Physician Assistant - STATE_MI (Required upon hire)
• CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA (Required upon hire)
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA (Required within 90 days)
• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA (Required within 120 days)
• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA (Required within 120 days)

For Nurse Practitioners

• Required Master's, post-master's, or doctorate from an NP program accredited by CCNE or NLNAC (for education/certification after 2000)
• 3 years of relevant clinical experience, including previous experience functioning in an NP role
• LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
• Note: We cannot consider Adult/Gerontology trained Nurse Practitioners as we care for patients of all ages.

Schedule & Location

• Location: Grand Rapids, MI / Remote
• Employment Type: Full time (40 hours/week)
• Shift: Variable
• Weekend Frequency: Every alternative weekend
