Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Discuss and review patient medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Deliver excellent patient care through virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations.
• Conduct virtual skin evaluations and focused examinations to diagnose and monitor skin conditions.
• Manage common dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and fungal infections.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including skin biopsies, patch tests, and cultures.
• Prescribe medications including topical creams, biologics, and oral antibiotics.
• Collaborate with in-person dermatologists and other healthcare providers.
• Educate patients on skincare routines, sun protection, early detection, and lifestyle modifications.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and adherence to HIPAA and compliance regulations.

Non-Essential Functions

• Assist throughout the clinic by answering phones, completing referrals, and making patient callbacks.
