Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a full-time remote Teletriage Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active North Carolina license to provide primary care and tele-triage services to adult patients in residential care settings.

Position Summary
Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults in skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and personal homes via telemedicine.
Essential Duties
- Provide primary-care telemedicine services according to site-specific protocols for family, geriatric, and internal medicine.
- Provide on-call tele-triage, confirm consents, follow telehealth etiquette, and handle prescriptions per policy.
- Document visits immediately, sign all orders, and notify primary providers via EMR.
- Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration.
- Adhere to legal, regulatory, and HIPAA compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active state license in NC (additional licenses may be requested).
