Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a full-time remote Teletriage Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for night shifts. Candidates must hold an active license in NC, IN, or KY.
Job Description
Position Summary
Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent living, and personal homes via telemedicine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide primary-care telemedicine services following site-specific protocols for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine.
- Provide on-call tele-triage, confirm consents, follow telehealth visit etiquette, and coordinate with family members and facility staff.
- Document visits immediately, manage narcotic prescriptions per company policy, and notify patients' regular providers.
- Maintain open communications with facility staff, collect required data same day, and adhere to compliance, HIPAA, and legal standards.
Qualifications & Education
- Master's degree in Nursing for NPs, or graduation from an accredited PA program.
- Current and valid advanced practice nursing license or PA certification in NC, IN, or KY.
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine desired.
