Position Summary
Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults in skilled nursing, assisted living, and personal homes via telemedicine.
Essential Duties
- Provide primary-care telemedicine services in accordance with protocols for family, geriatric, or internal medicine.
- Provide on-call teletriage, confirm consent, follow etiquette, and manage narcotic prescriptions per policy.
- Maintain open communications with facility staff, document clinical data same-day, and adhere to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Education
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution OR graduation from an accredited physician assistant program.
- Current and valid advanced practice nursing license or NCCPA certification.
- Licensed in KY and IN to start, with additional state licenses as requested.
