EK Health Services is seeking a full-time, remote Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) to coordinate medical care for injured workers. The role operates Monday through Friday and requires a valid Compact RN license.
Job Description
Position Logistics
- Full-time Remote
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm local time
- Base pay: $35-42/hr ($72,800 - $87,360 annually)
Responsibilities
- Communicate with medical providers, employers, and injured workers
- Perform complete nursing evaluations and review medical correspondence
- Evaluate clinical status and coordinate appropriate, cost-effective care plans
- Arrange transportation, home care, procedures, medication, and equipment
- Maintain comprehensive notes and coordinate information across all parties
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 3-5 years clinical experience as an RN
- Valid Compact RN license in good standing
- Case Management or Workers' Compensation experience preferred
