Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner- Fully remote- DUKE CITY VIRTUAL CARE

Role Overview

• Join Duke City Virtual Care, a 100% remote telemedicine and mobile medical service line.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accessible care to residents of New Mexico.
• PRN schedule: 6–8 shifts per month, with weekend coverage required.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat primary care and acute care patients via telemedicine.
• Conduct new patient visits, Medicare Wellness visits, and attestations.
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, EKGs, etc.).
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and prevention.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current National PA or NP certification in good standing.
• New Mexico medical license required.
• Ability to obtain DEA and NM Controlled Substance licenses.
• 2+ years of experience as an NP or PA.
• Strong background in Primary Care and Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
