Remote Nurse Practitioner – Medical Aesthetics & Weight Loss

The Telehealth Provider (Nurse Practitioner) will perform medical evaluations/good faith exams (GFEs) for aesthetic medicine, wellness, and longevity services. This role is fully remote and includes both synchronous and asynchronous patient evaluations for a wide range of treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Perform synchronous and asynchronous good faith exams (GFEs) for services including GLP-1 weight loss therapy, peptides, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), aesthetic procedures, energy-based devices, and IV therapy.
• Document GFEs appropriately in EMR using company-standard templates and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific telehealth and prescribing regulations.
• Respond to patient chat messages within 24 hours.
• Evaluate all intake forms within 24 hours of submission.

Workflow Optimization & Administrative Oversight

• Monitor communication channels to stay updated, escalate issues, and maintain communication with staff.
• Assist in creating and streamlining telehealth workflows for clinical efficiency and legal compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date GFE protocols, checklists, and documentation templates.
• Collaborate with operations to support best practices in remote clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license (40+ state licensure strongly preferred).
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Proficient with EMR systems.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, weight loss, or hormone therapy.
