DirectShifts is seeking a Remote Family Nurse Practitioner for virtual urgent care visits across all 50 states. The role involves conducting 15-minute telehealth appointments, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and ordering labs.

What You'll Do
- Provide virtual urgent care to patients of all ages, from newborns to adults.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions including colds, rashes, UTIs, sore throats, COVID, diabetes, hypertension, depression, and anxiety.
- Conduct 15-minute video visits using the Athena EMR system.
- Prescribe medications, order labs via LabCorp or Quest, and offer wellness counseling.
- Refer patients to appropriate care when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited FNP program.
- Active NP and RN licenses, with multi-state licenses strongly preferred.
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner via AANP or ANCC.
- Minimum 3 years of post-training experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care.
- Comfortable seeing patients across all age groups.
- Active Medicare status and in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid.
