Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner
Direct Health Partners is seeking a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner for fully remote, asynchronous medication reconciliation work. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.

About the Role
- Role: Telemedicine Medication Reconciliation
- Schedule: Fully Remote | Flexible (10-40 hours per week)
- Engagement: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Compensation: Per-Encounter / $72.00 - $140.00 per hour
- Start Date: January 12th - Ongoing
We provide asynchronous medication reconciliation services for our clients. This non-emergent, chart-based role involves no live calls and typically takes 3-5 minutes per encounter.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform asynchronous medication reconciliation
- Review medication lists and documentation
- Identify discrepancies
- Document accurately in company CMR
- Follow established clinical and QA standards
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in multiple states (specifically Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York)
- Telemedicine or medication reconciliation experience (preferred)
- Comfortable with asynchronous, independent work
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Maintain personal liability/medical malpractice insurance
- NPI & Medicaid #s
- Strong attention to detail and documentation quality
