General Responsibilities

• Review laboratory results and address critical values.
• Provide consultation and treatment for primary care, acute conditions, diabetes mellitus, erectile dysfunction, and weight-management.
• Assist staff with review of symptoms, history, condition, and treatment.
• Refer patients to other physicians or resources as needed.
• Maintain positive bedside manner and rapport via video, messaging, and phone.
• Enter and maintain records using the EMR system while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Specialist Responsibilities

• Assist with follow-up care of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) patients, including lab review, critical value monitoring, and medication adjustments.
• Provide general patient education on nutrition, lifestyle, and stress.
• Consult patients regarding medications and care plans.
• Assist with HRT diagnosis, care plans, peptide therapies, and fertility.

Requirements

• Active license in good standing with the medical board (multi-state licensing preferred).
• Adequate equipment for telemedicine.
• Commitment to working on set deadlines.
• Comfort communicating via phone and video calls.
