Position Details
- Location: Remote in Washington State
- Responsibilities: Complete Comprehensive Health Evaluations (CHEs), manage CKD and ESKD patients, provide prescriptive authority, and lead clinical coordination.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time, self-managed schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current, unrestricted NP license in Washington; DEA license or eligibility within 90 days
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Family NP, Primary Care NP, or in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nephrology, or Endocrinology
- Experience in Value-Based Care or Population Health
- Prior experience with EHR systems like Cerner
