Job Description
CVS Health / Signify Health is seeking full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners for virtual care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online Video Visits (approximately 30 minutes each) for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members.
- Perform medication and medical history reviews, educate members, and answer health-related questions.
- Provide 40 hours of weekly availability and meet visit completion and capacity targets.
- Participate in ongoing training, compliance, and team meetings.
Requirements
- Maintain active state licenses and board certification.
- Ability to work autonomously with reliable broadband internet, audio, and video capabilities.
- Prior experience with telehealth or home health evaluations is preferred.
