Virtual Clinician Home Evaluations - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - WA

Role Overview

• Employer: CVS Health (Signify Health)
• Location: Remote / Washington
• Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct online "Video Visits" with health plan members (approximately 30-minute visits).
• Perform medication and medical history reviews, educate members, and answer health-related questions.
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly (320+ capacity units per month).
• Execute a strong visit completion rate (220+ completed visits per month).
• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements.
• Engage with regular manager, team, and clinical meetings.
• Adhere to operational, clinical, and member experience KPIs.

Requirements

• Active state licenses in coverage areas (Washington).
• Board certification.
• FNP or AGNP certification preferred for Nurse Practitioners.
• Experience with telehealth, video visits, or in-home health evaluations preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses as required.
• Broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, and a private, quiet setting with a neutral background.
