CVS Health is seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner for remote MinuteClinic Virtual Care. This is a 6-month contract requiring evening and overnight shifts.

Role Overview
MinuteClinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) delivers patient care services through a remote technology platform, providing holistic, evidence-based care for patients ages 18 months and older.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted license in Tennessee
- Minimum of 2 years of medically-relevant experience
- Master's Degree in a Family Nurse Practitioner program
- National Board Certification
- Ability to provide a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week including every third weekend
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
- Provide health counseling, pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraceptive care
- Document all patient care within Epic EHR
- Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues
Working Environment
- Remote position requiring broadband connectivity and a quiet setting with a neutral background
- Ability to interact via remote technology, computer, and phone
