Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner - PRN

Role Overview

The Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner delivers patient care services through a remote technology platform, providing holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling for patients aged 18 months and older.

Working Environment

• Requires broadband connectivity, a quiet setting with a neutral background, and patient privacy compliance.
• Hardwired internet connection preferred.
• Routine computer, phone, and screen usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, and disposition planning.
• Evaluate primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients.
• Deliver patient counseling including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraceptive care.
• Document all care within an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, pharmacists, and colleagues.

Required Qualifications

• Active license in CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, or WV.
• Minimum of 2 years of medically-relevant experience.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Master's Degree in a Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.
